Thank you so much for being polite and helpful. --- IN CONTRAST... what's below is about my OLD Progr****** agent who works with "Principle Insurance Services" who has taken hasn't yet replied in over a week to my email calling out their false quote - backstory - I had them quote a new rate for selling one an M2 and buying an M4. That quote was supposedly a $400 reduction in my premium. In reality, changing cars raised the price by $1000. I cited this misquote, offered to find insurance elsewhere if they couldn't fix it, and they've ghosted me.
